My passion for luxury began with an appreciation for exceptional service and evolved into a fascination with how luxury is rarely defined by what is purchased, but by how it makes us feel. To me, what makes the industry so special is its ability to create a sense of belonging, inspire desire, and become part of a person’s identity. This fascination has shaped my academic and professional interests, leading me to explore luxury marketing, brand strategy, and client experience through the lens of personalization and relationship-building.
